Today was full of joy and festive fun as we wrapped up the season together. Our 1st graders went on a gingerbread hunt, kindergarteners filled the halls with holiday caroling, and students enjoyed crafts while learning about and celebrating holidays around the world. 🌍🎄🍪

🌤️ A Forecast for Fun! Today our 2nd graders had a special visit from Channel 6 meteorologist Sarah Converse! She shared what it’s like to be a meteorologist, showed us how she predicts local weather, and inspired lots of future forecasters. Thank you, Ms. Converse for bringing science to life! 🌦️💙

Our Kindergarteners had the best time celebrating with a special viewing of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving today! They enjoyed their very own feast of toast, popcorn, pretzel sticks, and jelly beans just like in the cartoon!

Students in Mrs. Bristle’s, Ms. Forney’s, and Mrs. Kincaid’s classes participated in a meaningful community outing to Bob Evans. During this trip, students practiced a variety of life and social skills including independently ordering food, using appropriate manners, waiting patiently, and navigating small challenges. It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience, and their excitement and confidence made the day truly special. Big smiles all around!
