Congratulations to two outstanding Teays Valley High School students who have been selected to represent our district at Buckeye State programs this summer!
Marley Jones has been chosen to attend Buckeye Girls State, and Cohen Carpenter will attend Buckeye Boys State, prestigious programs that provide students with hands-on experience in government, leadership, and civic engagement.
These opportunities are highly competitive and recognize students for their leadership, character, and commitment to their school and community. We are excited to see Marley and Cohen grow as leaders and represent Teays Valley on a statewide level.

There were tears and smiles across the district as Superintendent Kyle Wolfe and Director of Teaching and Learning Beth Keplar got the chance to share some amazing news with 10 of our educational aides. Because of their dedication to our students and their potential as future educators, their path to a Bachelor's Degree in Education at Shawnee State University will be FULLY FUNDED through our partnerships with Shawnee State and other local partners. We cannot wait to see this group lead their own classrooms as licensed Intervention Specialists someday soon!
