Reminder - please digitally sign off on all of your students' forms prior to the start of the school year. This will once again be done through FinalForms, which is an online platform with all of the required forms forms for students, including emergency forms, transportation form, media release form, field trip permission form, etc.
Once again this school year, families MUST complete online forms in order to receive transportation. While all sections are required to be completed prior to the start of the school year, the transportation section MUST BE COMPLETED by JULY 31 if your child plans to ride a bus to or from school this school year. Any families who complete the transportation forms after that date will not be guaranteed transportation on the first day of school. If you have any questions about transportation, contact the transportation department at 740-983-5014.
