Last night we welcomed our Key Communicators group for an engaging and productive meeting. We appreciate the parents and community members who joined us to learn more about what’s happening in Teays Valley Schools and help keep our community informed. This morning, we welcomed parents of our 8th grade students for a guided tour of the TVHS campus. Families had the opportunity to learn about the many options available to students and to explore several of our Career Pathways classrooms and labs. We were excited to share many of the opportunities that their students will have the option to participate in next school year! All 8th grade families and students are encouraged to attend a meeting with TVHS guidance counselors this Thursday, February 5, at 6:30 p.m., in the TVHS auditorium.

TVEMS 7th grade students had a great time watching A Christmas Carol and going to lunch at Red Robin! We are thankful to all of the chaperones and staff who planned this event!

Join is this Thursday and wear your Red, White, & Blue to honor the anniversary of 9/11.

Our first school dance is this Friday, 9/5! Admission is $5 and concessions will be available for purchase. Students should make arrangements to stay after school and have transportation home at 4pm, if they plan to stay. We hope to see everyone there!
