Grades K-12 Registration - All K-12 registrations will be done online. You can fill out the forms online at this link - https://teaysvalley.esvportal.com/CreateAccount.aspx. You will still need to make an appointment to complete the enrollment process and provide the required documents, but you will save time at the appointment if the forms are filled out ahead of time. If you do not have access to a computer, there will be a kiosk available to use at the school.

Enrollments at the high school will take place with guidance office secretary Sherry Zwayer beginning August 2. Please contact her at 740.983.5024 to schedule an appointment. 

 

Preschool Registration - All preschool registrations will take place by filling out this packet - Preschool Registration Packet. *Preschool registrations will not be accepted through the online portal.

Teays Valley Local School District offers preschool options for preschoolers with special needs, ages 3-5. There are limited spots available for children that are typically developing and meet the age requirements of 4 years old by August 1. These spots are picked using a lottery system the first week of April.  All enrollment questions can be directed to Teays Valley Preschool Coordinator Andi Ward Burrow - 740.983.5092.   

 

Documents needed for registration include:

Your child will not be enrolled until we have all documentation. Failure to bring all necessary information will result in a delay of your child being registered for school. The online registration forms must be filled out in their entirety in order for your child to be enrolled as well.

*We do not fax other schools for registration materials/documentation. In order to register your child, you will need to bring all documents with you for registration.
