Elementary Gifted Services in 2017-2018
Beginning in the 17-18 school year Teays Valley will be providing services to gifted reading and math students in grades 2-5 using the cluster grouping model. Students in grades 3-5 with superior cognitive ability will be served through the cluster grouping model and our VIKES program. This model has been approved by the Ohio Department of Education. Teays Valley will offer professional development as outlined in the gifted operating standards to general education teachers who serve gifted students in the cluster setting.
